As a child, I was constantly rearranging my bedroom, always searching for new ways to make the space feel better — a reflection of who I was becoming. That early passion evolved into a career where, for over 20 years, I’ve helped clients transform their homes — both inside and out — into spaces that are not only beautiful, but deeply personal.

But my biggest design challenge didn’t come from a client project. It came from my own divorce. After three years of living in constant fight-or-flight, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what was next. In some of my most challenging moments, I realized I could use my gifts as a designer to rebuild my life, and eventually help others do the same. So I began developing templates and tools to reset my nervous system, save money, and design a fresh start.
