I'M SO GLAD THAT YOU ARE HERE

Hi, I'm Megan Eatherton.

After going through my own three-year, high-conflict divorce and custody case, I know what it feels like to be mischaracterized, overwhelmed by documentation, and unsure whether the court truly understands what’s happening.

What I learned is this:

Attorneys can only properly advocate for you when they truly understand your case.

Judges rule on evidence, not emotion.

And outcomes are shaped by how your story is documented and presented.

In addition to my lived experience, I have formal training in divorce coaching, am a member of the International Association of Professional Divorce Coaches, and hold a degree in Communication from the University of Colorado. My work is grounded in lived experience and professional training, with a focus on high-conflict divorce dynamics and on how intentional, non-reactive communication, combined with structured documentation, shapes how a case is perceived.

Through my Strategic Story Method™️, I help clients organize their material so their attorneys can immediately identify patterns and act on them.

Because only when your story is translated into evidence can it influence decisions.

PROVEN IMPACT

Real Results for Real Life

The most powerful time to begin this work is before you hire an attorney. When your story is organized from the start, your legal team can understand it quickly. And the sooner your reality is clearly seen, the stronger your position in protecting parenting time and

decision-making becomes.

That said, this work can still be

impactful at any stage of your case.

One client came to me feeling dismissed and labeled as “difficult” and “controlling.” After reorganizing her documentation into a clear, structured format, her new attorney was able to review her materials and file a response to a motion within four days.

The response was so effective that opposing counsel agreed to her

graduated parenting time proposal.

Another client sought support after changing attorneys and still feeling misunderstood. She was terrified about an upcoming Parental Responsibilities Evaluation. After presenting structured, concise documentation to the evaluator, the PRE recommended that she receive sole decision-making for both education and medical, despite her ex requesting sole decision-making in his favor.

In each instance, the shift did not come from escalating conflict or adding more information. It came from presenting the right information clearly and concisely,

so they were finally heard.

While every case is unique

and outcomes cannot be guaranteed,

structured documentation can

absolutely change how a case progresses.
